• We do NOT provide refunds. However, it is possible to exchange items that have not been used or worn.
• We require the item to be returned to us in exactly the same condition it was shipped.
• You have 48 hours to request an exchange.

Orders are processed within 24 hours and delivery times vary between 1 to 3 days in Canada and 2 to 5 days in the United States.

ANA BEAUTY 237 assumes no responsibility for any lost or stolen item once it has reached the post office. Our company is not responsible for delivery delays due to public holidays, carrier delays and natural disasters.
